Reset the body and mind with this 90 minute yoga session and kick start the year, guaranteed to leave you invigorated and energised. We’ll finish the session with some relaxation and a healthy, plant-based brunch to get you geared up for the year ahead.
After the workshop, a healthy and delicious breakfast/ brunch, along with tea and coffee will be provided downstairs, giving time to have a chat with your new yogi friends. All food provided is plant based/vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. Nut-free options will also be available.
Mats, blocks and straps will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
These sessions are limited to 12 people to allow individual attention throughout the class. Please book ahead online to avoid disappointment as sessions book up fast.
If you do need to eat before the workshop try to do so at least 2 hours before. Stay hydrated and feel free to bring a bottle of water at the end of the class.
This workshop takes place upstairs at the Glynne Arms. Parking is available in the car park and also on the street.
