This two hour Saturday morning workshop will explore our inner strength. When we are strong in our body, we are strong in the mind. We walk a little taller and feel the strength from within to help us stand proud.
This workshop will explore some of our most important muscles which help us walk tall in our daily lives and also push us a little further in our yoga practice. We'll be focusing on the core and the pelvic floor and working through a series of postures and exercises to help us discover these in the first instance and to strengthen them for progression.
It will be a fun, explorative workshop and is suitable for all levels, as modifications will be given for all postures and exercises, so there's something for everyone.
Workshops are generally great for learning little tips and tweaks to help you progress in some of your most regular postures too. It's a great way to start the day too!
