A morning of total ‘you time’, to switch off from the stresses and extra tasks that December often brings. This re-invigorating class will help you switch off and re-energise. This 1.5 hour yoga session will provide some breathing techniques, as well as some restorative postures to help recharge the body and mind.
Following the sell out workshop on Saturday 15th Dec, we’re hosting the same workshop a week earlier on Saturday 8th December.
If you’re attending the Sat 15th workshop but would like to swap to Sat 8th, please let me know by email.
After the workshop, a healthy and delicious breakfast/ brunch, along with tea and coffee will be provided downstairs, giving time to have a chat with your new yogi friends. All food provided is plant based/vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. Nut-free options will also be available.
Mats, blocks and straps will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
These sessions are limited to 12 people to allow individual attention throughout the class. Please book ahead online to avoid disappointment as sessions book up fast.
If you do need to eat before the workshop try to do so at least 2 hours before. Stay hydrated and feel free to bring a bottle of water at the end of the class.
This workshop takes place upstairs at the Glynne Arms. Parking is available in the car park and also on the street.
