This 1.5 hour workshop will focus on flowing through a series of front-lengthening postures, to open the chest and heart, to allow us to walk taller, stand stronger and feel more open across the chest. We’ll also look at lengthening the front of the body like the core and the thighs to to prepare for postures such as back bends.
You'll be guaranteed a good workout and will certainly have an improved posture by the end of the class!
Ideal for regular class-goers who want to learn more, and spend a little more time getting deeper into poses. Also suitable for complete beginners, who want to learn and push their bodies. Modifications will be given throughout.
Limited spaces at this lovely location, upstairs at the Glynne Arms, Hawarden. The yoga session lasts 1.5 hours and is followed by a delicious and nutritious plant-based brunch and a tea or coffee, to refuel the body and set you up for the weekend.
