This 2 hour workshop will focus more on the closing sequence of the Ashtanga Primary series, where we'll take our first hour to flow through a series of front-lengthening postures, to strengthen our core and flex our muscles in preparation for some back-bending postures. We'll spend the remaining hour breaking down some arm balances, like crow.
You'll be guaranteed a good workout and will certainly have an improved posture by the end of the class!
Ideal for regular class-goers who want to learn more, and spend a little more time practising certain poses. Also suitable for complete beginners, who want to learn and push their bodies. Modifications will be given throughout.
Limited spaces at this lovely location, at Gladstone's Library, in Hawarden, North Wales, so book early to avoid disappointment. The class starts at 10am and finishes at 12 noon, so just in time to enjoy a well deserved lunch at Gladstone's Library or the famous Hawarden Farm Shop.
