Indulge your body and mind in a of day of body strengthening asanas as we flow through the Ashtanga Primary Series, followed by a hearty lunch and an afternoon introduction to meditation, breathwork and relaxation.
Enjoy a combination of medium, strength physical practise in the morning as we flow through the Ashtanga Primary Series, along with an afternoon of meditation to cleanse your mind, body and soul; breath work to clean up and rejuvenate your nervous system; and a gentler afternoon session with plenty of deep stretching into the hips and some much needed relaxation.
Meditation is a great way to enhance concentration, realise a sense of well-being and is fantastic for reducing stress in a busy daily lives.
Guidance and modifications will be given throughout the class. Mats, straps and blocks to help you get in and out of poses will be provided.
10.15am: Arrive and get yourself set up on one of our mats, with a bottle of water to keep you refreshed throughout the morning
10.30-12.30: Ashtanga Primary Series - We’ll work through the full two hour Ashtanga primary series.
12.30-1pm: Break for lunch - a healthy and hearty, alkaline lunch will be provided
1pm-2pm: Meditation and breathwork
15 min short break with a refreshing juice
2.15-3.30pm: Relaxing afternoon yoga class with an extra long shavasana
3.30pm: We'll finish with a hot yogi tea and some flapjacks to round off the day
