Backbends & arm balancing workshop

This 2 hour workshop will focus more on the closing sequence of the Ashtanga Primary series, where we'll take our first hour to flow through a series of front-lengthening postures, to strengthen our core and flex our muscles in preparation for some back-bending postures. We'll spend the remaining hour breaking down some arm balances, like crow.
