A perfect pick-me-up snack for the afternoon or post exercise. Gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free and nut-free.
- 1 & 1/2 cups of Oats (Gluten-free)
- 1 cup of raisins or currants
- 1 cup of dates
- 1 cup of pumpkin & sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp of Chia seeds
- pinch of salt
Whizz all the ingredients in a food processor until blitzed. You may have to do this in a couple of batches, depending on the size of your food processor. Either push spoonfuls of the mixture into a round or square biscuit cutter to about 1/2 cm thick, or roll into small balls. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180c.
