Yummy healthy raisin flapjacks

These little beauts are delish, even if I do say so myself and super easy and quick to make. They're nut free and there's no refined sugar (yippee!). They can also be gluten free if you swap your porridge oats for gluten free ones.....Leave to cool completely before attempting to slice into small inch squares, otherwise you'll be left with warm crumbly granola and not many squares!

Yoga by 18 launched

Very excited to launch our new brand and website, Yoga by 18, today. It's been a long time coming but it's finally here! We traipsed up to the beautiful Moel Famau on Saturday afternoon to create these silhouette shots for the website and we're really pleased with them. The clouds were unbelievable and we later found out they were called lenticular clouds, a rare meteorological phenomenon, according to the Chronicle! We couldn't have asked for more.

Happy New Year! A New Year, a New You!

It's time to dust off the cobwebs and grab your lycra and mat and come down to Tuesday's ashtanga class. 

Yoga is a great way to keep fit, sleep better, strengthen your muscles, develop your balance, relax and most importantly feel good, inside and out. 

Last year, we covered some of the basics, such as Sun Salutations, Warriors, forward bends and balancing poses. We'll see lots more of these as well as some new postures, which we'll introduce each week.
